Ing. Miroslav Jakubec, PhD.

graduate of the University of Economics in Bratislava working at Corporate and Economy Department as a lecturer. Expert in Economy and management, Industrial property. Since 2001, he has intensely devoted to the activities of the expert, and is the author of many professional and scientific articles, college textbooks. Cooperates with the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic on the preparation of legal standards in the field of the expert and participates in the education and vocational examinations of experts. It works as a tutor on the course "The valuation of the assets of businesses" and as a member of the examining committee for examination in the field of Economics and management.

doc. Ing. Peter Kardoš, PhD.

In 2012 he defended his thesis on the subject: "Intangible assets as an object of the expert's investigation". Since 2001, he has intensely devoted to the activities of the expert, and is the author of many professional and scientific articles, college textbooks. Cooperates with the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic on the preparation of legal standards in the field of the expert and participates in the education and vocational examinations of experts. It works as a tutor on the course "The valuation of the assets of businesses" and as a member of the examining committee for examination in the field of Economics and management.
