Ing. Miroslav Jakubec, PhD. and doc. Ing. Peter Kardoš, PhD. are part of the working group preparing a new law on experts, interpreters and translators. In particular, the area of the economic experts and expert organizations. We believe that our observations and insights in the process of preparing new legislation will contribute to the development of expert activity in the conditions of the Slovak Republic. The estimated period of validity of the new law is the second half of 2016.
